BREAKFAST IN A BAG
Eggs Crack two eggs and put them into a medium size sealable bag along with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, onions or whatever you like. Salt and pepper to taste. Take all the air out of the bag and seal. When you are ready for breakfast drop the baggy into a pan of boiling water. Cook 13 to 15 minutes at a boil. Take out of water and roll out of baggy onto a plate. It is a neat way to have campers mix their own ingredients and voila! |
