FISH CHOWDER |

2-3 Qts. Boiling Water
Get the water boiling for
5 minutes and then dump in the dried veggies and spuds. In
20 minutes the veggies should be done. Throw in the fish,
and then 3 minutes later (rolling boil) throw in the milk
and margarine. Add spices as needed.
Variations/Hints:
This recipe likes lots of
cayenne and garlic! It is a favorite in camp, and fast. Use
northern pike (favorite for boiled) but make sure the Y
bones are out. |
