Meat on a Skewer |

1 1/2 pounds stew meat
Cut meat into nice sized chunks and marinate for at least
one hour in a mixture of the yogurt and salad dressing. Add
the Jerk Seasoning, if you like it spicy. This recipe
produces great grilled meat flavor, so you may want to take
more meat than you usually plan on. The skewers are sharp
and difficult to pack out, so burn them in the fire or
charcoal grill after you are done cooking. This recipe works
well with stew meat, other inexpensive beef, or game meat
(like antelope). |
